The world got colder on the day you died
Everything around was drab and dull
You brought such warmth to the world around
Your soul was kind and rare and beautiful.

My world just stopped on the day you died
I can't fathom life without you here
Why is it fate can bring bonds so deep,
And then fate can make life disappear?

I'll always remember the day you died
And that raw aching hole- you were gone
Time dulled the pain and I longed for it back
It seemed a betrayal to move on.

Your life slipped away much too soon

There is a special place
a place so dear to us.
It holds all our memories
that we have kept of you.

Dear Lord in heaven up above
I say a prayer today.
For all the special Mums
safe in your arms today.
Please send them all our love

for us to feel the pain.
How we wish for just one day
we could hold our dear mums hands.
Mothers are so very special
in many different way.
Without the love they gave
we would not be who we are.

Angel's Wings You Wear♥ღ♥

The day you left broke our hearts
and the tears fell like rain,
but knowing that you now have wings
helps to ease the pain.

We know now when the snow falls
it is Angel dust from you
and when we see a shooting star
our Angel just passed through.

The rain drops do not make us sad
for they are not tears,
but sprinkles of love falling down,
our Angel again is near.

The winter cold has even changed,
Jack Frost no longer exists,
it's now a visit from our Angel
and he's left a special gift.

that an Angel has kissed our face.

Don't think of Sandra as gone away,
her journey has just begun,
life holds so many facets,
this earth is only one.

Just think of her as resting
from sorrow and tears,
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.

Think of how she must be wishing
that you could know today,
how nothing but your sadness
can really pass away.

And think of her as living in the hearts
of those she touched
and how she was loved so much.
